    The staff was accommodating, providing flowers in my room and excellent service. The serene spa was a highlight, and the peaceful swimming pool offered amazing views of the mountains.

    One of the concierge Justin has been very committed to fulfill our wishes and he has organized a special birthday for me with gifts. The golf courses were very beautiful and nearby.

    The room service was not very good, there was something missing every day - refill coffee, tea, shower gel, cotton pads etc.. The majority of taxi drivers wanted to take advantage of us, each time a higher price for the same route, they probably think the tourists are stupid.

    city center location, connected to a large mall, ladies only facilities

    The security and front desk staff need more sensitivity when addressing guests!!! Unjust accusations can ruin an otherwise pleasant stay!!! A focus on staff training could enhance the overall experience!!!

    super location!

    breakfast too expensive, prefer to have breakfast in the grand mall, is located right next to the hotel and is connected to the hotel via a small bridge. 3min on foot there's a second huge mall (muscat avenues mall), where you can also find many delicious breakfast possibilities. the hotel could offer an airport shuttle for the price. taxis are quite expensive (10 omr oneway).

    We spend 5 nights in Muscat really good. Had big size deluxe king room with a good view and wake-up service was available in it. The local staff was outstandingly accommodating.

    great amenities but some attention needed

    The spa experience was sublime, especially the deep tissue massage. The location next to a mall offered convenience for shopping and dining. We enjoyed the pool view with a perfect backdrop for relaxation .

    The cleanliness in some areas raised concerns.

    Easy to reach and good starting point for Muscat excursions, direct access to the mall and not far from the Great Mosque.
